Putske

biography

I play Bass/Lead Vocals for a three piece band called Red Ant Army  based out of Vancouver.  I also played Vocals/guitar/bass for my old two piece band Third Wing based out of Grande-Prairie AB. Both the drummer and I from Third Wing started Red Ant Army when we moved to Vancouver 01/05. It's way heavier than Third Wing, but who said there's anything wrong with that. Rock on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Lyrics for the song 'Who you talking to?'

note: This song is anti-war. Well not all wars but most of them!

Verse 1

Who you talking too? 8X

Verse 2

Your talking too yourself! 4X

Verse 3

Underneith yourself
Over someone else
No one needs your help
Believe in yourself

Chorus

We don't need your wars
Can't stand it anymore
Don't see your reasons
Ability is just a chore

Give no more
Understand we plead sore
No chance, no reason
It's straight up treason

Over someone else
No one needs your help

Who you talking too?

War? War? War? War?
This was recorded with my best friend Mike (Drummer) when we played in Third Wing.  There is only one guitar track and no BASS. This is played in standard tuning and if anyone wants to put a bass track or anything else on this track, be my guest. I will post the lyrics at a later date if anyone wants me too but they are pretty easy to understand.

I wrote this song after September 11Th. I guess this is me saying that I don't like war. I think there is better ways to come up with world solutions....................I'm not pointing fingers, but isn't that how we were supposed to be raised?

I don't think this will offend anyone but if it does......................................too bad.  Enjoy

All criticism very welcomed!!!

Innocence

A love song I  wrote when I was 15-16. I fell in love with a girl who moved 1000 miles away. (One reason I started playing guitar in the first place).
I thought I would record this song three years later just so I could always remember her. Thought I would share this one because it's one of my first songs I ever wrote. The chords are simple and I don't change the chord progression at all through the song. It's just a pure, simple love song.  All criticism is welcome. Thanks

Species; quite odd lyrics I admit

March 5th, 2006 + 6:03 PM  ·  Putske

Lyrics for Species

Look what I see in the sky
Itís up itís up itís pointing high
I can see it very clear
Even after all these years

I can see you here and there
I can see your underwear
Under your skirt thereís a purse
I would like to touch it first

Itís a greasy little purse now isnít it?  (Slut)

Underneath your pretty hair
Roots of color everywhere
Put on make-up in the sun
You can please everyone
Welcome to our orgy fair
Midgets humping everywhere
When I came out of the house
I saw peaches and a (mouse)

Chorus:
You said, ďI wonít, hail to loveĒ
You looked, I said, you canít trust
You walked, I led, you to much

Why did you lie to me?
Why did you talk to me?
Why did you go insane?

Why did you lie to me?
Why did you lie to me?
Why did you go insane?

What do you want from?
I did enough for thee.
Your making me go insane.

What do you want from?
I did enough for thee.
Your making me go insane.

You canít scam a scammer!

Chorus:
You said, ďI wonít, hail to loveĒ
You looked, I said, you canít trust
You walked, I led, you to much

Why did you lie to me?
Why did you talk to me?
Why did you go insane?

Why did you lie to me?
Why did you lie to me?
Why did you go insane?

The end of the song

A whole lot of talking about standing up for yourself and fighting the fights that need to be fought.

Note:
If you really want me to figure out what I was saying at the end I can decipher it, but it was just in the moment writing lyrically. I seem to do it quite often. I guess I have a sense of freestyle singing, I even do it live all the time. Itís fun and interesting and even I donít know what Iím going to say half of the time. You should try it sometime itís quite fun and sometimes hilarious.

This song is about abortion. Not an easy song for me to share with other people. Thanks for understanding.
